Customers who purchase a new Astoria Espresso Machine Package from The Williamsburg Coffee & Tea Company receive a one-year parts and labor warranty and the following:

Perpetual Warranty Option
- For customers who are purchasing 40 or more pounds of espresso from The Williamsburg Coffee & Tea Company per month, their espresso machine warranty never expires.
- 40 pounds of espresso per month is approximately equal to 45 lattes per day

Extended Warranty Option
- For customers who are purchasing between 20 and 40 pounds of espresso from The Williamsburg Coffee & Tea Company per month, their espresso machine labor warranty never expires. After the parts warranty expires, only the actual cost of the parts, without mark-up, is charged, and there are no travel or zone charges applied to service calls.

Discounted Service Option
- For customers who are purchasing between 10 and 20 pounds of espresso from The Williamsburg Coffee & Tea Company per month, after the parts and labor warranty expires, they receive a 50% discount off of the standard parts and labor charges and are not charged a travel or zone charge.

Complimentary Annual Preventative Maintenance and Water Softener Service Option
- For customers who purchase 40 or more pounds of espresso from The Williamsburg Coffee & Tea Company per month, they will receive one annual preventative maintenance and water softener service; 2 if the monthly volume is 80 or more pounds.
