For customers who purchase 40 or more pounds of espresso from The Williamsburg Coffee & Tea Company per month, they will receive one annual preventative maintenance and water softener service for their traditional style espresso machine; 2 if the monthly volume is 80 or more pounds. Customers with super-automatic style machines, please contact The Williamsburg Coffee & Tea Company for option details.

Preventative_Maintenance Preventative Maintenance Includes:
  • Group Head gaskets, screens, screws, o-rings & internal filters.
  • Group Head solenoids, if necessary
  • Steam Wand gaskets, o-rings & springs
  • Valve Body gaskets, o-rings & springs
  • Cleaning Brush
  • Cleaning Powder
Water Softener Service Includes:
  • 4400 Grain water softener cartridge
  • Installation and purge.
