Our Barista Lab is a venue for training, skill building and new beverage development.

We teach to the World Barista Championship standards for espresso drink production and espresso bar management.

Proper barista technique is critical for the success of an independent coffeehouse. Proper technique leads to latte art and an excellent beverage. Educating the end consumer as to what constitutes an excellent beverage is the best way to differentiate your lattes from the "McMochas", "Push Button Robo-lattes" and "Just Plain Poorly Constructed Lattes" of the world. If the truth is really told, those aforementioned beverage outlets can make a consist and decent latte. However, independent coffeehouses exist to make a consistently excellent latte and to show the end consumer why they should pay a premium for an excellent latte and not accept mediocrity.

Prospective customers and wholesale customers are always welcome in the lab. We have everything you need, except the milk; so bring your own milk and we'll see you in the lab.
